FIXED COSTS FOR ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES
PROBATE & ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES
The costs of administarting an estate can be an additional burden for famalies at a diffuclt time in their lives.
In order to regulate and limit the uncertainty of how much an administration of an estate will cost, we have introduced four tariffs which fix the amount of costs, irrespective of the amount of work that it involves.
The tariffs are created and based on the value of the Estate which are categorised as follows:
1. Small Estate-which is valued at less than £500,000.00
2. Medium sized Estate-which is valued at £500,001
3. Large estates-£1,000,001-£5m
4. High Valued estate-Over £5m
5. Top valued Estates-over £10m
All fees shown above are subject to VAT
In suitable cases, we will obtain expert tax advice to limit the tax liability of the Estate and this advice will be free of charge and included in your fixed fee.
